I loved the location of the place, as it is in front of a beautiful park, in an area in the process of gentrification, which makes it quite safe, at walking distance to an area called Zona T where you can find lots of restaurants and bars. Room is quite big, with huge and beautifully designed bathroom. Everything was kept perfectly clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Fully recommended.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond. They have a great breakfast with a variety of fruits, breads, and pastries. They even had a chef there that offered to make me what I want. Unfortunately, on this trip, I got very sick due to the altitude of Bogota and had to cut my trip short. This hotel treated me like family. They called a Doctor for me, arranged vehicles, accepted packages on my behalf. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did for me. I truly wouldn’t have made it without them. They even made me hot soup and brought it to my room. I have zero complaints about Cassa Luxury Homes and I recommend you give them a try. The only thing I can mention for other guest is that if you are very sensitive to outside noise, you might have a problem, depending on your room. My room was right in the front over looking the park. There’s a lot of outside noise during the day and evenings (similar to New York). However, it wasn’t a problem for me. Only mentioning it for others. I would still recommend this place. Due to my limited stay, I did not get to experience the pool or anything else, but if it’s like the rest of the hotel, I’m sure it’s amazing.

All the staff was very nice and attentive: always ready to help you with whatever it is you need. The facilities were beautiful and we felt very comfortable there. The location is excellent. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi is a must if you're staying there!

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and exceptionally clean. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. My apartment became a bit cool at night, but within 10 minutes, someone delivered a tall space heater to the room! Cassandra Luxury Homes is in a safe neighborhood, and only 10 minutes away from plenty of stores and nice restaurants. Lastly, there were 2 complimentary bottles of the best mineral water I've ever tasted awaiting my consumption!
